The God Sword

So, my story is finally up and can be downloaded here: http://www.amazon.com/The-God-Sword-ebook/dp/B006QMP7S6/ref=sr_1_10?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1325116429&sr=1-10 . I'm pretty happy now that this is out and can't wait to start on other stories.

Spacing

Ok, so my story has gone up on kindle at least three times, only for me to pull it each time. The reason: spacing. It seems someone needs to make a career out of becoming a professional kindle book spacer checker. I swear, this should be the last one before I decide I like it...but then again, who knows.

Almost there

So after months of waiting, I finally submitted my story, The God Sword to the Amazon Kindle market. It should be up within 12 hours.

Why months? Well first, I was waiting for the company I work for to ok my release and while waiting for that, I was working on a cover. Again, I can not believe how many different covers I would work and re-work and toss out. I finally came up with something I was happy with and figured it was time to submit because if I came up with a better cover down the road, I could always change it.

Now I wait, anxious to see how it turns out and I will update this with a link and thoughts.

Covers

So, I had no idea how much I would question my photoshop skills untill I started working on the cover for my story, The God Sword.

I finished it but I am still a bit hesitant (I'm always very critical of my own work) to display it just yet. I wanted something simple and something out of my story. I worked on tons of ideas but none really panned out until late into the day. I decided I wanted to go with a kind of tribute to one of my favorite comic story covers and that is also where I took my inspiration. The comic is Origins #2 and even tho I don't feel my cover is as great, I think I still got something awesome.

We shall see.

The God Sword

My story the God Sword is complete and has been edited (thanks Erin Potter of Shamrock Editing). I am currently working on a cover, who knew this would be the hard part?
